No. Your funds remain available and roll over each month. However, if no treatment is redeemed within 180 days, your membership may be paused until a portion of the balance is used.

Yes, you can transfer your funds to a friend or family member. A $50 transfer fee applies per transaction.

You can purchase additional units at your locked-in member rate during your visit—no penalties or hidden fees.

Any unused balance stays in your account and can be used at your next visit. Funds never expire as long as your membership remains active.

Yes. A valid credit or debit card is required to maintain your monthly membership and ensure uninterrupted benefits.

We’ll retry the payment the next day. If it fails again, your membership will be canceled. You’ll still have access to your available balance, but you’ll lose access to member pricing.

Your membership fee is automatically billed on the 1st of each month.

Yes, there is a 6-month minimum commitment required for all memberships.

Yes. After the initial 6-month commitment, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice by emailing [email protected].
