No. All credits must be used within the same billing cycle and reset monthly.

  • Basic: Not shareable
  • Level Up: Not shareable
  • Elite: Can share with one guest (member must be present)
    • Guest must have completed a medical clearance in the last 12 months
    • $35 medical clearance fee applies for new guests
    • Guest does not receive member discounts

No long-term commitment. Memberships renew monthly and can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice by emailing [email protected]

None at all—just transparent, monthly pricing. However, appointments booked after regular hours or on Christmas or Thanksgiving may incur a $100 surcharge.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full credit deduction for the service booked.
