Aesthetics & Injectables — common questions
Which neurotoxin do you use?
Daxxify® is our primary neurotoxin at $10 per unit, and we chose it deliberately. It's the first neurotoxin stabilized with a peptide instead of human albumin, and in clinical trials many patients saw their results last noticeably longer than with traditional options, which can mean fewer visits to keep your look smooth. Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, and Letybo® may be available by pre-order.
How many units will I need?
That depends on your anatomy, your muscle strength, and the look you're after — which is exactly why we price per unit rather than per area. A per-area price would mean charging some people for units they don't need. Your injector will assess you and quote your unit count before anything is injected, so you'll know the number before you agree to it.
Why is filler priced per syringe instead of per area?
Because that's how filler works. A syringe is the unit of product, and how far it goes depends on the area and on you. Pricing per area would imply a fixed cost for a treatment whose volume isn't fixed. Half syringe is $399, full syringe is $599, and that's the same whether we're treating lips, cheeks, chin, or tear troughs.
Will I look overdone?
That's the outcome our injectors are trained to avoid. The goal is that you look like you — refreshed, rested, still expressive. We tend to start conservatively and build, because it's straightforward to add and considerably less straightforward to subtract. Bring photos of what you like and what you don't; that conversation is the most useful part of a consultation. Individual results vary.
Is there downtime?
For neurotoxins, most clients go straight back to their day, with the possibility of small temporary marks at injection sites. Filler more commonly involves some swelling or bruising that settles over several days. Your injector will walk you through what to expect for your specific treatment and when to schedule it relative to any event you have coming.
How long before I see results, and how long do they last?
Neurotoxin results build in over roughly one to two weeks rather than appearing immediately, and filler is visible right away once initial swelling settles. Duration varies meaningfully between individuals — metabolism, dose, and the area treated all matter. Your injector will give you a realistic expectation for your treatment. Individual results vary.
