What is HBOT, and how does it feel?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has you breathe oxygen in a pressurized chamber, which increases the amount of oxygen your blood can carry to tissue. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing — you'll feel a gentle fullness in your ears as the pressure changes, similar to a plane's descent, and then you're free to rest, read, or nap for the session.
How often should I come in?
It depends entirely on what you're working toward. Recovery-focused clients often stack sessions in a tighter block; longevity-focused clients tend to settle into a steady weekly or biweekly rhythm. We'll map a cadence to your goals at your consultation rather than sell you a package you don't need.
Can I combine modalities in one visit?
Yes — and sequencing is where much of the value lives. That's the idea behind the bundles: two modalities that work better together than apart, run in the right order. If you want more than two in a visit, tell us what you're after and we'll sequence it for you — HBOT first, then PEMF with red light, then contrast, then compression, is the order we'd generally use.
What are NeuralCheck and BrainTap?
NeuralCheck is a neurological assessment that gives us objective data on how your brain is performing — Helix is the only clinic in the area offering it. BrainTap is a light-and-sound guided neuro-training headset used to support focus, sleep quality, and stress resilience.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Pressurized oxygen to support recovery, energy, and cellular repair. You’ll sit or lie comfortably in the chamber while the pressure gently increases, and the session becomes an hour that belongs entirely to you.
Sessions start at $99, and pre-paid packages bring that down considerably — full pricing is in the cards below.
Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna includes clinical-grade photobiomodulation (red-light therapy) via Platinum LED — seven wavelengths spanning 480nm–1060nm — pairing deep, detoxifying heat with cellular light therapy in a single session.
Cold Plunge
Recovery, on demand. Our RevX Wellness plunge features the most powerful pump on the market for constant, clean, cold-water flow, and chemical-free sanitation: 24/7 UV light plus daily scheduled ozone generation that kills 99.9% of bacteria without harsh chemicals absorbed through the skin.
