Which GLP-1 is right for me?
That's a physician decision, made with you, based on your health history, your goals, and how your body responds. Semaglutide starts at $199/month and Tirzepatide at $299/month, with oral versions of both if the needle is the sticking point — but the price shouldn't be what picks it. These medications differ in how they work and in how individuals tolerate them. We'll walk through the trade-offs at your consultation and start where the medicine says to start.
What's included in the monthly price?
Your medication, your physician supervision, and the coaching and ongoing support that runs alongside it. How long you stay on it, and what that looks like over a full course, is worked out at your consultation rather than sold as a package up front.
Are there side effects?
Yes. GLP-1 medications have well-documented potential side effects — nausea and other gastrointestinal effects are the ones most people encounter, particularly early or when a dose steps up, and there are less common risks your physician will review with you in full. This is a real medication with a real risk profile, which is precisely why it belongs in a supervised program with real follow-up rather than in a mailbox. Your physician will discuss your individual history and whether the program is appropriate for you.
Self-inject or in-office?
Whichever you'll do consistently. Most clients self-inject once weekly — the needle is small, we teach you, and it takes seconds. If you'd rather not, in-office injections are available for an additional $100/month and some people prefer the built-in accountability of showing up. There's no wrong answer here.
Do I have to stay on it forever?
That's a real conversation, and we'd rather have it at the start than at month six. GLP-1 medications work while you take them; what happens afterward depends heavily on what else changed in the meantime — which is why coaching and body composition are part of the program rather than optional extras. Your physician will talk through long-term planning with you plainly. Individual results vary.
Do I need labs before starting?
No. GLP-1 prescriptions don't require lab work, so we don't make you do them — you can have your consultation and start the same visit. If you want the full diagnostic picture for its own sake, functional lab testing is available separately, but it isn't a step in this program.

Why this takes about twelve weeks
Because it takes that long to do properly. GLP-1 dosing is titrated — started low and stepped up as your body tolerates it — and a four-week window tells you almost nothing except how you handled the smallest dose. Twelve weeks is long enough to reach a working dose, see a real trend, and adjust. Your physician will map that out with you at your consultation.
