These policies are in place to protect the time of both our clients and our practitioners and to support a respectful and reliable booking system for everyone.
Appointment Commitment
When you schedule an appointment with Helix BioWellness, that time is exclusively reserved for you. Our team prepares in advance to deliver a tailored experience for every session. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and delays can prevent others from accessing timely care and disrupt our workflow.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
In-clinic appointments:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Mobile appointments:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
These fees reflect the preparation and time reserved specifically for your care and allow us to offer availability to other clients when sufficient notice is given.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client misses an appointment without providing any notice before the scheduled time.
In-clinic appointments:
No-shows will incur a $50 no-show fee.
Mobile appointments:
No-shows will incur a $100 no-show fee.
Missed appointments without communication prevent others from being seen and impact the efficiency of our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and accountability.
Please note: All cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled or confirmed. Helix BioWellness does not store credit or debit cards on file, and fees are not charged automatically.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment:
- Requests made 24 hours or more in advance may be accommodated without penalty.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the $50 (in-clinic) or $100 (mobile) fee, as applicable.
Providing advance notice helps us offer timely care to others and maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.
Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality ensures you receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment.
- If you arrive late (within 15 minutes of your appointment), we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee will apply based on the service type.
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you experience a serious or unavoidable situation that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our discretion. Your well-being is our top priority, and we will do our best to support you during unexpected events.
