How do I know if I need TRT?
You don't, until we look. Symptoms like fatigue, low libido, weight gain, loss of muscle, brain fog, and low mood may point toward low testosterone — but they also overlap with thyroid issues, poor sleep, metabolic problems, and plain stress. That's exactly why the program starts with comprehensive labs and a physician review rather than a questionnaire. If your bloodwork doesn't support therapy, we'll tell you, and we'll point you at what the numbers suggest instead.
Is TRT safe?
Testosterone therapy is an established medical treatment, and like any medical treatment it carries potential risks and side effects that your physician will review with you in detail before you start. The safeguards that matter are the ones built into how a program is run: an accurate baseline, dosing driven by your labs rather than a default, and ongoing follow-up bloodwork so we can see what your body is doing and adjust. That monitoring isn't an upsell here — it's included in your monthly price, because it's the program. Your provider will discuss your individual health history and whether therapy is appropriate for you.
How soon will I feel results?
It varies, and anyone who gives you a firm date is guessing. Many clients report that sleep, mood, and drive shift earlier in the process, while changes in body composition and strength tend to build more gradually over months of consistent therapy and training. Hormone optimization is a slow, deliberate restoration rather than a switch — that's a feature, not a limitation. Individual results vary.
Do I need ongoing labs, and do they cost extra?
You need them, and they don't cost extra. Ongoing lab monitoring is included in your monthly price — it isn't billed separately and it isn't optional. Follow-up bloodwork lets your physician see how you've responded and adjust your protocol accordingly. Testosterone therapy without monitoring isn't hormone optimization, it's just a prescription, so we'd rather build the monitoring into the price than let it become a reason to skip it.
Is this injections or pellets?
Injections. This is testosterone injection therapy — we don't offer pellet implants. Most clients self-inject on a weekly schedule after we teach them, and your provider will walk you through the technique and the cadence at your evaluation. If you'd rather not self-inject, in-office injections are available and an additional fee may apply.
Do I have to live in Texas?
Yes. Texas residency is required for our TRT services, including follow-ups and prescriptions.
What do I actually pay?
