Cherry and CareCredit both take applications on their own sites, in a few minutes. The decision is theirs — Helix isn’t part of it and doesn’t see your credit file.

Once you’re approved, tell our team and we’ll apply it to your treatment or membership. That’s the whole process.

Cherry and CareCredit are independent third-party financing companies. They are not owned by, affiliated with, or controlled by Helix Biowellness®, and Helix does not originate, service, or make credit decisions on any financing application.
All financing is subject to approval by the lender. Approval, available amounts, rates, terms, and any promotional offers are determined solely by Cherry or CareCredit based on your application, and are governed by the agreement you enter into with them — not by anything on this page. Please read that agreement before you accept it.
Helix does not receive or review your credit report. Questions about your application, balance, or payments should go to the lender directly.

Financing questions
Does Helix take insurance?
No. Helix is a self-pay clinic — that’s what lets us spend real time with you and recommend what we actually think is right rather than what a payer will reimburse. Cherry and CareCredit exist so that self-pay doesn’t have to mean all at once.
What are the rates and terms?
That’s between you and the lender, and it depends on your application — so we won’t quote you a number we can’t stand behind. Cherry and CareCredit both show you your actual terms before you accept anything. Follow the links on this page and you’ll see your own options in a few minutes.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
Cherry states that checking your options doesn’t affect your credit score. CareCredit’s application process is their own — please review the details on their site before you apply. Either way, the lender’s terms govern, not ours.
Who decides if I’m approved?
Cherry and CareCredit, entirely. Helix doesn’t make the credit decision, doesn’t set the terms, and doesn’t see your credit report. We just accept the payment once you’re approved.
Can I use financing for a membership?
Talk to our team about your situation and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible. Memberships are month to month with no sign-up fees and no contracts, so most people find they don’t need financing for them.
What can I use it for?
Financing is generally used for treatment plans and packages — aesthetics, biohacking, hormone and weight-loss programs, IV therapy. If you’re wondering about something specific, just ask us at the front desk.
