Every treatment covers face and neck and includes exosomes, PDRN serum, and red-light therapy. Elsewhere, the neck is an add-on, exosomes are a $200–$400 upgrade, and red light is extra. Microneedling — common questions
What does microneedling do to the skin?
The SkinPen creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin. Those channels are small, precise, and deliberately just injurious enough that your skin responds the way it responds to any injury — by building new collagen and elastin. You're not resurfacing the surface. You're prompting the layer underneath to rebuild itself. That distinction is why it addresses things a facial can't touch.
What are PDRN and the red light doing in there?
PDRN is applied after the pass, while those micro-channels are open and the skin is at its most receptive. Red-light therapy closes the session out. Both are designed to support the recovery phase — and both are included in the $329 rather than quoted to you as an upgrade, which is not how most clinics price this.
How many sessions will I need?
Three is the usual starting series, spaced roughly four to six weeks apart — which is why we price 3× sessions at $849 rather than pretending one appointment is a plan. Collagen remodeling takes time; you're asking your skin to build something, and that happens over months rather than days. Individual results vary.
Does it hurt, and what's the downtime?
We use topical numbing, and most clients describe the sensation as a rough vibration rather than pain — the forehead and along the jaw are the sharper spots. Afterward, expect to look meaningfully sunburned for about 24 hours, pink for another day or so, and normal by day three. Don't book this two days before a wedding.
Do I have to choose between PRP and exosomes?
No. Exosomes are included in every SkinPen session at no extra cost, and the $549 option adds PRP — drawn from your own blood and spun down here — into the same session. Most clinics price these as competing add-ons; we don't. Your provider will map which version suits what you're treating.

There’s a category of skin complaint that facials cannot solve, and most people spend a lot of money finding that out the slow way.
Acne scarring. Deep texture. Fine lines that don’t respond to hydration. The general loss of snap that shows up somewhere in your late thirties and gets steadily less deniable. One session will do something. Three will do considerably more, because you’re stacking repair cycles on top of each other, and because collagen genuinely takes months to organize itself. Anyone selling you a single microneedling appointment as a solution to acne scarring is selling you a first appointment.

SkinPen rebuilds texture from the surface down. The Aerolase NeoSkin laser works the other direction — it heats the dermis to trigger collagen without breaking the skin, and clears the redness, sun spots and broken capillaries that microneedling doesn’t touch.

You’ll look sunburned for about 24 hours. Pink for another day. Normal by day three, generally.
