Jan Marini Go & Glow Facial
The fast, no-machine facial for skin that just needs a reset. A professional cleanse, gentle exfoliation and a hydration finish using Jan Marini medical-grade skincare — the same line we use to finish our HydraFacials. About 30 minutes, no downtime.
- Jan Marini Go & Glow Facial$149
All skin types. A touch-up between HydraFacials, a quick polish before an event, or a first facial if you've never had one.
Jan Marini Advanced Peels
Professional strength, layered to your skin, and chosen for the result you want rather than the strongest thing on the shelf. Your esthetician assesses your skin and picks the peel; you pick the goal.
- Clarify Peel (Acne & Congestion)$149
Congested, oily or breakout-prone skin. Clears pores, reduces excess oil and calms the surface. Minimal downtime; light flaking for a day or two.
- Refine Peel (Texture & Tone)$179
Texture, dullness and early fine lines. A deeper exfoliation that polishes rough skin and brightens tone. Expect peeling over 3–5 days.
- Transformation Peel (Advanced Anti-Aging)$229
Sun damage, uneven pigmentation, deeper texture and visible aging. Our strongest Jan Marini peel — 5–7 days of peeling, and the most dramatic result. Best done as a series.
CO2Lift® Carboxy Mask
Carboxytherapy without needles. The gel releases carbon dioxide into the skin, which prompts the body to flood the area with oxygen-rich blood — visibly plumper, brighter, deeply hydrated skin in a single 45-minute session. Gentle enough for the eyelids and under-eyes. No downtime.
- CO2Lift in clinic$125
On its own, or before an event.
- CO2Lift added to any treatment$89
Added to a HydraFacial, NeoSkin, SkinPen or peel to calm redness and speed healing. It is the mask we reach for after every laser and microneedling treatment.
- CO2Lift take-home 3-pack$299
CO2Lift V® Intimate Wellness Treatment
A discreet, needle-free carboxytherapy treatment for intimate skin, supporting moisture, comfort and skin quality where dryness and thinning show up first. About 45 minutes, no downtime.

Applied privately in a treatment room.
- CO2Lift V series of 3$449
Two to four weeks apart. Most women see the biggest change after three.

FAQ
Facials & Skin Treatments — common questions
How is a medical-grade facial different from a spa facial?
A spa facial is largely a surface-and-relaxation experience, and there is nothing wrong with wanting one. A medical-grade facial uses clinical devices and prescription-strength or medical-grade products, is performed by a trained provider, and is aimed at changing something measurable — congestion, texture, pigment, hydration. Both feel good. Only one of them is trying to move a number.
Which facial should I book if I've never had one here?
The Helix HydraFacial, nearly every time. It suits almost every skin type, does something visible in one session, and gives your provider a read on your skin so the next recommendation is informed rather than guessed.
How far ahead of an event should I book?
Jan Marini Go & Glow Facial is the deliberate exception — it's designed for zero downtime and works right before a big weekend. HydraFacial is best three to five days out. Anything deeper — an advanced peel — wants two weeks of runway. Tell us the date when you book and we'll put you in the right treatment for the timeline.
Can I combine treatments?
Some pair beautifully; some should be spaced. Dermaplaning before a HydraFacial is a common and excellent combination. Stacking two resurfacing treatments in the same week is not. Ask us rather than assume — we'll tell you outright when two things want a gap between them.
How often should I be doing this?
Skin turns over roughly every four weeks, which is why monthly is the rhythm most of our clients settle into. Peels and deeper resurfacing run on a longer cadence. The single biggest predictor of whether someone's skin visibly changes isn't which treatment they chose — it's whether they kept showing up. Individual results vary.
The details
Facials & Skin Treatments, in full
The whole menu, in one place
Most clinics make you click through five pages to find out what a facial costs. Here’s ours, laid out, with the prices in the cards above: the Go & Glow Facial, the Jan Marini peels, dermaplaning, and both CO2Lift carboxytherapy treatments — one for the face, one for intimate skin. HydraFacial has a page of its own.
Looking for a HydraFacial?
It has its own page. Three tiers from $189, each all-inclusive, on the Syndeo — HydraFacial in Galveston.
Jan Marini Go & Glow Facial — $149
The fast, no-machine facial for skin that just needs a reset. A professional cleanse, gentle exfoliation and a hydration finish using Jan Marini medical-grade skincare — the same line we use to finish our HydraFacials. About 30 minutes, no downtime, and you leave brighter and smoother with a glow that lasts through the week.
Book it if: you have something on Saturday and it’s Thursday, you want a touch-up between HydraFacials, or it’s your first facial and you’d rather start gently. If you want deeper extractions or a booster, step up to the Helix HydraFacial.
Advanced Peels
Several tiers, matched to your skin and your tolerance for a few days of visible resurfacing. This is the deeper end of the menu — genuine chemical resurfacing rather than a glow treatment — and it’s where pigment, sun damage, and stubborn texture get addressed.
Three tiers, all 45 minutes:
- Clarify Peel (acne & congestion) — $149
- Refine Peel (texture & tone) — $179
- Transformation Peel (advanced anti-aging) — $229
Book it if: you have real photodamage from real Texas summers and you’re willing to trade a few days of peeling for it.
CO2Lift® Carboxy Mask
In clinic $125 · added to any treatment $89 · take-home 3-pack $299.
Carboxytherapy without needles. The CO2Lift gel releases carbon dioxide into the skin, which prompts your body to flood the area with oxygen-rich blood. The result in a single 45-minute session: skin that’s visibly plumper, brighter, and deeply hydrated — clinical testing shows hydration up 117% for up to three weeks. Gentle enough for the eyelids and under-eyes, so it also softens dark circles and puffiness. No downtime.
Book it on its own before an event, or add it to a HydraFacial, NeoSkin, SkinPen or a peel to calm redness and speed healing. It’s the mask we reach for after every laser and microneedling treatment.
CO2Lift V® Intimate Wellness Treatment
In clinic $175 · series of 3 $449 · take-home 3-pack $299.
A different treatment from the mask above. A discreet, needle-free carboxytherapy treatment for intimate skin. The CO2Lift V gel releases carbon dioxide into the tissue, prompting oxygen-rich circulation that supports moisture, comfort and skin quality where dryness and thinning show up first. About 45 minutes, no downtime, and nothing about your day changes afterward.
Do it here, or do it at home. In clinic, it’s applied privately in a treatment room, and your provider can fold it into your women’s hormone plan. Or pick up a take-home pack at the front desk and use it on your own schedule — we’ll walk you through it step by step.
Many women choose it for dryness after childbirth or menopause, for comfort during intimacy, or simply because that skin deserves the same care as the rest. Results build with a short series; most see the biggest change after three treatments, two to four weeks apart, with a maintenance session every few months.
CO2Lift V is a cosmetic treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Members save on every visit. Individual results vary.
Dermaplaning
$99. Manual exfoliation with the DermaFlash Pro — dead surface cells and vellus hair off in a single pass. Skin immediately takes product better, and makeup sits down instead of catching.
Book it if: you want that impossibly smooth finish, or you want to prime your skin before a HydraFacial.
Choosing, quickly
- Dull, congested, tired → HydraFacial, from $189
- Event in 48 hours → Jan Marini Go & Glow Facial, $149
- Pigment, sun damage, deeper texture → Advanced Peel, from $149
- Peach fuzz, product absorption, smoothness → Dermaplaning, $99
- Flat, dehydrated, an event tomorrow → CO2Lift carboxy mask, $125
- Texture, scarring, collagen → this isn’t a facial question. It’s SkinPen microneedling.
That last line is the one that separates us from a facial bar. A facial is a superb surface treatment. When your concern is structural, we’d rather point you at the right tool than sell you six of the wrong one.
Why here
Helix Biowellness® is a longevity practice, and the aesthetics room sits inside it. That means the person treating your skin can also tell you when what’s showing up on your face is coming from somewhere else entirely — sleep, stress, hormones, inflammation — and there’s a physician-guided team down the hall who can look into it.
