The Helix Total Skin Reset — NeoSkin + SkinPen, one visit

The most complete skin treatment we offer. NeoSkin first, to clear redness, sun spots and broken capillaries and stimulate collagen deep in the dermis. Then SkinPen® Precision microneedling with exosomes and PDRN serum, finished with red-light therapy, to rebuild texture, tighten pores, and soften lines and scars from the surface down. Face and neck, both treatments, everything included. About 90 minutes.

Single treatment — $549. NeoSkin ($249) plus the neck ($99) plus SkinPen ($329) booked separately is $677.

Tighten, lift and firm without surgery: the three-session Reset

If your concern is laxity rather than colour or texture — the jawline that’s softened, the neck that’s starting to crepe, the cheeks that don’t sit where they used to — this is the series we recommend. Skin tightening is a collagen problem, and collagen is built over weeks, not in one visit. Three sessions, four to six weeks apart, give your skin three rounds of the same signal: rebuild.

How the two work together. NeoSkin heats the water in the dermis with 650-microsecond pulses, which triggers new collagen and elastin deep in the skin where laxity starts, without breaking the surface. SkinPen then creates thousands of controlled micro-channels through the surface, and exosomes and PDRN delivered into those channels amplify the repair response. NeoSkin works from the inside out, SkinPen from the outside in — and doing both in one visit means the collagen you build in session one is still remodeling when session two adds to it.

What to expect across the series:

• After session 1 — a glow within days, smoother texture in one to two weeks. Tightening is just beginning.
• After session 2 — visible firming along the jawline and neck as the first round of collagen matures.
• After session 3 — the cumulative result, which continues to improve for three to six months as remodeling completes.

Can Aerolase be combined or bundled with other treatments? Yes — and in most cases it makes your results better. Aerolase is contactless, gentle, and has no downtime, which makes it one of the easiest treatments to layer into a plan. It also corrects colour and tone — redness, pigment, sun damage, dullness — which pairs well with treatments that address texture, volume, or lines.

Are there treatments that shouldn’t be combined the same day? Yes — we don’t stack Aerolase with aggressive chemical peels or ablative resurfacing on the same day. Treatments that need recovery get spaced out.
