Testosterone therapy — $149/month for members
Medication, injection supplies and TRT-specific labs. Your visits, monitoring and dose adjustments are already covered. Non-members pay $199 the first month, then $249/month.
Women’s hormone and thyroid therapy
Member medication pricing, quoted at your consult. Your cost depends on which medications your labs call for and the form that fits you best — cream, tablet or injection. Your visits, monitoring and adjustments are already covered.
10% off peptides and weight-loss medications

Worked example
On TRT alone you'd pay $249/month. As a concierge member you pay $99 for membership plus $149 for medication and labs — $248 total — and get unlimited primary care, same or next-day access, and your annual exam and biomarker panel on top. Full concierge care and TRT for a dollar less than TRT by itself.

Questions, answered plainly
What is concierge primary care?
It’s primary care without the insurance machinery in the middle. You pay the practice directly, which means no claims, no surprise billing, and same or next-day access to your physician when you actually need care.
Is this insurance?
No. This is a cash-pay membership, not an insurance plan, and it isn’t a substitute for one. Most members keep a catastrophic or high-deductible policy for hospitalization and specialty care, and use the membership for everything day to day.
What’s the minimum commitment?
Monthly plans carry a six-month minimum commitment.
Are visits in person?
Yes — membership covers unlimited in-clinic visits at 2424 Mechanic Street. Virtual visits are not part of the membership.
Does the membership cover my medications and treatments?
It covers your care team’s time and judgment — the visits, the assessment, the prescribing, the monitoring. The medications and treatments themselves are billed separately, at member rates that are lower than what a non-member pays.
Who is eligible for a family plan?
Family plans cover members of the same household. Dependents away at college qualify for visits when they’re home.
