Why is Daxxify your primary neurotoxin?
Two reasons, and neither is exotic. First, it's a modern peptide-stabilized formulation we've had good results with across a wide range of faces. Second — and the bigger one — leading with a single toxin builds real fluency. An injector who works predominantly in one product knows exactly how it behaves in a masseter versus a glabella, at what dose, in what muscle. That reps advantage does more for your result than a menu of six brands nobody has deep experience with.
Can I still get Botox, Xeomin, Letybo, or Dysport?
Yes — those brands are available by special pre-order while stock lasts. If you have a product you're loyal to, tell us when you book so we can have it on hand for your appointment rather than have the conversation on the day.
When does the vial math make sense?
Do the arithmetic yourself: at $10/unit, the vial at $749 breaks even at 75 units. If you're treating a single area, per-unit is almost certainly better. If you're treating upper and lower face together, the vial usually is. We publish both prices precisely so you can check our work.
How long does Daxxify last?
Duration varies genuinely and substantially — by area, by dose, by muscle strength, and by individual metabolism. We'll give you a realistic window for your specific plan at your appointment rather than quote a figure from a brochure that may have nothing to do with your face. Individual results vary.
I've had other toxins before. Will switching feel different?
It can, at the margins — onset and how a product behaves in a particular muscle aren't identical across brands. Tell your injector what you've had, what you liked, and what you didn't. That history is genuinely useful for dosing your first Daxxify treatment, and it's the kind of thing a good injector will ask about unprompted.

Helix uses Daxxify as our primary neurotoxin. It’s what we reach for by default, what our injectors know best, and what we keep on hand.
That’s a deliberate choice, and it’s worth explaining rather than just announcing.
Why one product instead of six
The instinct in aesthetics is to carry everything — a wall of brands, so no client ever hears “we don’t have that.” We think that’s backwards, and here’s the reasoning.
Every modern neurotoxin does the same fundamental thing: it quiets the signal telling a specific muscle to contract. Where they differ is at the margins — onset, diffusion, how they behave in a strong muscle versus a delicate one. Those differences are real, but they’re small compared to the difference between an injector who has done a thousand treatments with a product and one who has done fifty.
Fluency compounds. An injector who works predominantly in Daxxify knows precisely what 24 units does in your kind of glabella, how it will settle at two weeks, and where the edge of “too much” sits. That knowledge is worth more to your face than a broader menu.

How we inject
Conservative first, then add.
You can always come back at two weeks and ask for more movement quieted. You cannot ask us to take units out. So our first pass with any new client tends to be measured — enough to soften, not so much that you spend three months looking like a rendering of yourself.
An injector will watch you animate before they plan anything: raise your brows, squint, frown, clench. They’ll look at your whole face rather than the one line you pointed at, because faces are mechanically connected and treating an area in isolation is how people end up with a heavy brow they didn’t ask for.
