How do I get Letybo at Helix?

Why isn't Letybo your default?
Because we made a considered decision to lead with one toxin rather than carry six. Daxxify is our primary product, and the reason is competence: an injector who works predominantly in a single toxin develops real fluency in how it behaves in each muscle, at each dose. That depth does more for your result than a wider menu does. Letybo, Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport all remain available by special request and pre-order for clients who want them specifically.
Is "natural anti-aging" a meaningful description of a neurotoxin?
Only partly, and we'd rather be straight with you about it. Neurotoxins are not natural products — they're precisely dosed pharmaceuticals. What people mean by "natural" is the *result*: a face that still moves, still reads as yours, and doesn't announce that it's been treated. That outcome comes overwhelmingly from conservative dosing and good injector judgement, not from which brand is in the syringe.
Does it cost more because it's a pre-order?
No. The per-unit rate is $10 across the board. What a pre-order costs you is lead time, not money — so please don't decide on the day.
I've used Letybo elsewhere and liked it. Should I switch?

That’s the practical answer, and it’s at the top of the page on purpose. The rest of this is context, told straight.
Why we’re not going to oversell you a brand
Helix uses Daxxify as our primary neurotoxin. Letybo, along with Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport, is available by pre-order.
We could write you a page arguing that Letybo is uniquely gentle, uniquely natural, uniquely suited to you. Most clinics would. But the truthful position is less dramatic: every modern neurotoxin performs the same core function — quieting the nerve signal that tells a specific muscle to contract. They differ at the margins, in onset and diffusion and how they sit in a particular muscle. Those differences are real. They are also considerably smaller than the difference between a good injector and an average one.
So when someone asks “which brand is best,” the accurate answer is: the one your injector knows best, dosed by someone who looked at your face before they planned anything.
That’s why we lead with one product. Not economics — reps.
Where “natural” comes from
The phrase “natural anti-aging” gets attached to neurotoxins constantly, and it’s worth unpacking, because it isn’t about the vial.
A natural result comes from three things:
- Conservative first dosing. You can always add units at a two-week check. You can never take them out. An injector who overshoots to make one appointment look impressive has cost you three months.
- Treating the face, not the area. Your forehead, brows, and crow’s feet are mechanically connected. Quiet one without accounting for the others and something else compensates — usually your brow, usually downward.
- Knowing when it isn’t a toxin question. Some of what reads as aging is muscle. Plenty of it is volume, or texture, or pigment, or laxity — and no amount of any brand will touch those. An injector willing to say so is worth more than a full brand shelf.
